一、The part of electric
1、Clean the dust of panel to avoid the hand to touch it
2、Check the fixed screw of cycling blower to
3、Fastening thick wire and high current screw terminal to prevent loose due to long-term
operation.
4、Observe contactor of high current,breaker(control compressor、blower) is color or scorch
or not? IF it has,please replace in time!
二、The part of refrigeration
1、Clean the condenser regularly (every three months),to avoid the machine alarm sounds when
the environmental temperature over 30℃.
2、If the equipment doesn’t use in long time,you should start compressor once every two
weeks, operate it 1 hour every time.
3、Don’t stall the machine in low temperature( below 0℃),to avoid least or frost of
equioment door.
4、The noise of compressor is dreary、stable.You should notice the supplier immediately if
the noise is shrill or piercing.
